We Are Experienced to Groom a Wide Variety of Cat and Dog Breeds
The Shaggy Dog Shop has been a premier grooming facility in the North Shore for over 60 years. We take pride in our ability to groom a wide variety of cat and dog breeds and helping owners with special need pets. We have four certified and experienced groomers to groom your cats and dogs. We also offer pickup and delivery service, and, while appointments are recommended, we also welcome walk-ins for quick services like nail trimming.

We Get to Know Our Pet Clients for a Specialized Grooming Experience
Our grooming services start with getting to know our pet clients. We understand that each pet is unique, where breed personality and habits come into play. Our groomers will make sure that your pet is comfortable and are a willing participant in his/her grooming and will take care of the grooming from beginning to end. If the pet is comfortable with a groomer, follow up appointments can be made with the same groomer. We are vet recommended and have a full line of special shampoos and conditioners that are pet- and eco- friendly.
